Payment

When do I pay for my order?

Payment is only processed after our team confirms your order. You'll receive an email notification, and a "Pay Now" button will appear in your personal account. All payments go through our secure website — we never send external payment links.

Do your gemstones come with certificates?

Most of our gemstones come with laboratory reports from internationally recognized gemological laboratories including GUILD, Gübelin, GIA, GRS, Lotus, Bellerophon, AIGS, GFCO, and SSEF. Stones without existing reports are certified before shipping.

How can I verify the authenticity of a certificate?

Each certificate from our partner laboratories includes a unique identification number. You can verify any certificate directly on the laboratory's official website using this number.
