VOC Gems specializes in the sale of natural colored gemstones and jewelry. All product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color and appearance may occur due to monitor settings and the nature of natural stones.
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of your request submission.
Placing a request through the Website does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. All orders require confirmation by our team. After reviewing your request, we will contact you via your preferred method of communication to discuss the details.
Payment is processed only after mutual confirmation of the order. A secure payment link will be provided through your personal account on the Website. We never send external payment links via email or messenger.

All sales of gemstones and jewelry are final. Due to the unique nature of natural gemstones, purchased items are not subject to return or exchange.

All gemstones sold by VOC Gems are accompanied by certificates from internationally recognized gemological laboratories. We guarantee the authenticity of every gemstone and the accuracy of the stated characteristics.
If any gemstone is found to not match the parameters stated in its accompanying certificate, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
