Due to the unique nature and individual characteristics of natural gemstones, a return and full refund may be accepted only if the item received is different from the item specified in the confirmed order due to an error on our part.

In this case, please contact us promptly after receiving your order and provide your order details, photographs of the item received and its packaging. The gemstone must be returned in its original condition, without any signs of damage, alteration, setting, treatment or other modification.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that differences in colour or appearance caused by lighting conditions, photography, screen settings or individual perception are not considered grounds for return where the gemstone received corresponds to the item specified in the order.
